Call to Worship - Unison Prayer (please stand) God of our ancestors, we remember today the faith filled storytellers: grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles and siblings. The choir members, pianists and preachers. We are thankful to the Lord of every generation--who are present here with us and will continue after us. Thanks be to God. Amen!

Leader: Those who gained honor and distinction without pride,
People: We are humbled by them.
Leader: They have finished their work on earth, and it lives on,
All: As our foremothers and forefathers were inspired, we pray to continue to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Amen!
