Eff Cancer Ride 2023
This ride is for anyone who has been affected by cancer either directly or indirectly. If you give it a thought, that probably includes you. It's goal to be uplifting and supportive to all who go on the ride. Plus you can say you gave cancer the finger in a creative way.
100 miles with Dan
The name of this annual event is probably because some of the courses
go through Hell, Michigan.
This was the only time I was able to do this event.
It was fun, but I didn't do very well.
2019 Labor Day 30k
I think this was the last year that cyclist were actually invited.
It started out as a running event and has gone back to that.

My first century ride.
Iceman 2012
Iceman 2011
I had a much better idea what to expect this time. I basically through caution out the window. I was passing in spots that weren't very safe, bouncing over rocks and sticks bigger than anything I had done before. But, I cut around an hour off my time.
Warroir Dash 2011
This was a lot of fun. The fire jump is almost at the end. Someone yelled out "Jump High", so I did. It made for a cool photo. BTW, I could have walked over it, and still not got burned.
Iceman 2010
My First Iceman
I was unfamiliar with riding in cold weather. I dressed way to warm!
Labor Day 30k 2010
This event was a blast
Bunji Jump
When I first thought about doing this I thought it looked like fun. But when I got to the top and looked down and could only see a blurry pillow below me (my glasses stayed at ground level), I almost chickened out. I guess the operator caught on to that, so he started a count down. When he to one he tapped me on the shoulder and that's all it took. Geronimo!
